I can't nearly express how deeply unsatisfying this is to me.
Procedural animation in Blender cannot get rewritten soon enough for me. So painful. Rendered in Eevee and I should have probably used billboard smoke particles instead of just static 3-way crossed. Or maybe if I coulda rotated them randomly.
